The management layer
What you are actually buying.
Every pod carries the same layer of management and infrastructure. It is the difference between a managed capability and a set of remote contractors.
A named engagement lead
Your single point of accountability for performance, reporting and escalation.
Employment and people management
Permanent Kosovo contracts, payroll, appraisals, training and progression — all held by BE.
Workspace, equipment and access
Managed office space in Prishtina, provisioned hardware and controlled access to your systems.
Continuity cover
Planned absence and departure handled by us, with handover documented rather than improvised.
Quarterly engagement review
A written review of performance, capacity and roadmap, with a forward plan agreed each quarter.
Commercial terms
One monthly fee per seat. No placement fees, no recruitment commission, no day-rate escalation. Twelve-month initial term, then rolling.
Scaling a pod
Seats are added or removed at each quarterly review, with a notice period agreed in the engagement document.
Hiring approval
You interview every shortlisted candidate and hold final approval on who joins your pod. We do not place people you have not met.
Working hours
Prishtina sits at GMT+1, giving full overlap with the UK working day and no handover lag.
